About Amy Hatcher, APRN

Amy Hatcher, APRN is a co-founder of Aesthetic + Wellness in Franklin and Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who completed her degree from Vanderbilt University in 2002, where she graduated Cum Laude. Amy is certified as a Master aesthetic injector and has trained in Beverly Hills, Miami, Chicago, and more. In 2016 she joined the Allergan National ACE trainer team. As a trainer for Allergan, Amy joined an elite group of the best injectors in the country who travel to other practices sharing and training other aesthetic professionals on the safest and latest techniques.

Amy was born and raised a farmers daughter in a community of hard-working people who care deeply for the beauty of nature and land, for their animals and most of all for each other. This developed deep roots for Amy that have continued to carry her. Her sense of community and connection with people influenced her career path as a young woman and continue to be an integral part of her practice and daily interactions in her professional and private life. She has taken her eye for beauty and nature along with her love for and acceptance of people into her practice. Her clients are her family. She believes it makes a difference.

In 2006, Amy had an opportunity to join a medical aesthetic practice and a true passion was born. In 2008, she opened the Aesthetic Center of Murfreesboro where she began to develop her ability to truly impact her clients lives through building confidence in people which she has come to know as her most fulfilling gift. From the beginning she set out with a couple of goals in mind that after many years really haven’t changed: First and always, make people feel great (or at least better) about themselves not only through aesthetic treatments but by lifting them up and building their confidence. Second, do that in a way that helps them stay true to their natural beauty and sense of self and third, offer only the best and safest treatments.

She has built her practice on not only great results, but on treating clients like family, on caring and sharing and working with each individual client to help them achieve their aesthetic goals. She has clients that she has seen for 12 years, clients that come from the FL, Washington DC, Alabama, Colorado, Kentucky and more. Over the years, Amy has witnessed a pattern of her clients’ struggle with wanting to age gracefully and stay true to themselves while also wanting to “see themselves” when they look in the mirror, wanting to look on the outside the way they feel on the inside. Many of them have been turned off or scared even by the unfortunate and overdone results that they’ve seen. The more clients she saw the more her core goals became important to her and her practice began growing by leaps. She knew the best way to achieve her clients' goals and to reach clients that may have never considered these treatments for themselves was to stay true to herself and her clients' natural beauty and to offer only the safest, most effective treatments and highly trained staff available.

Amy resides in the Leipers Fork area with her husband and partner of 20 years, where they are raising their 2 children, Lila and Bennett. When Amy isn’t working she tries to give all of herself to being a mom. She loves living in the peaceful and serene countryside of Tennessee and enjoys hiking, traveling and teaching her children the same work ethic and love for nature and community that she learned as a child.

“It is my goal that we help every client see their natural beauty. That we bring that out in them and that they leave with more confidence feeling great physically and emotionally about what they see when they look in the mirror. We are in the business of lifting people up and seeing them through their personal journey to be their best self. What an honor to be part of that”
