Treatment for Leaky Gut

1) RECONDITION – We use 100% spore-based probiotics that have been shown to support healthy gut barrier function. These probiotics recondition the gut by increasing bacterial diversity and promoting the growth of key healthpromoting “good bacteria” in the gut.

2) REINFORCE – This step uses a prebiotic that can increase bacterial diversity in the gut and selectively feed beneficial bacteria. It reinforces the beneficial bacterial changes created by the spore-based probiotic.

3) REBUILD – In this final step, we will rebuild the damaged areas into a health mucosal barrier and continue to support the beneficial changes created from the previous steps. In addition to these steps, you will want to remove any food from your diet that may be causing problems. These foods are identified in the Food Sensitivity Test. You will also want to increase high fiber foods in your diet, such as fruits, vegetables and gluten-free whole grains, as well as decrease your consumption of meat, dairy, eggs, sugar and avoid artificial sweeteners.

If you are suffering from any of the symptoms and think you may have Leaky Gut Syndrome, we are here to help and support you through this healing process!
